What is authentic Apple device..? as per DeviceCheck Definition

Hi Team,
While I am reading about deviceCheck, It says that,
The DeviceCheck APIs also let you verify that the token you receive comes from an authentic Apple device on which your app has been downloaded.

Does authentic means, Genuine iOS device or Fradulent (JailBroken, or any manipulated iOS) device..?

You’re unlikely to get a definitive answer to that here on DevForums. In general, Apple publishes information about the security features of iOS in the iOS Security document (you can find a link to it in the Security Resources pinned post). I just had a look there, and it doesn’t seem to cover DeviceCheck. IMO it should, and if you agree then you should file a bug against that doc.

Please post your bug number, just for the record.
