Almost every time I connect my phone to my computer for development, I am asked whether or not to "Trust This Computer?". This is not a device-specific issue, as it has persisted between upgrades. Anyone know what I need to reset/reconfigure in order for my phone to remember that it can trust my laptop?

How much of your troubleshooting effort has focused on icloud?
Are you on current OSs (non-beta) all around?
In such cases, I reboot everything (Mac and devices) and try it again…
Yep, I've tried that many times, but to no avail. I also tried resettting trust and network settings per the links posted by @KMT, but that also didn't work :-(.
