Hello everyone. I accidentally deleted my Mackbook Pro disk. I had all the xcode projects in them. I would like to know if there is any way to recover the projects from my list where these applications are installed

No.
Apps on your device are compiled code, not projects.
The best you can hope for is to be able to extract certain assets such as images and plists, done so by moving an app onto your mac, then changing the suffix from .ipa to .zip which will allow you to unpack.
If you don't have a reliable backup of your projects, you'll need to code them again.
If this is about how to recover deleted files on your macbook, google is your friend. My advice is to stop using it now and to find a commercial file recovery application. Apple's community support forums will have tons of threads, or, you could walk your MB into the nearest Apple Store and ask for help there.
Don't know what you mean by 'list'.
