The dev cannot modify/control/tweak/tag/adulterate/appropriate native Apple products/apps.
Perhaps if you listed your goal(s)/need(s) on why you want to 'change around', someone could suggest authorized callkit via swift usage, etc.
If you're just fishing, tho, it's your time, waste it as you like, perhaps somewhere where such discussion is considered more appropriate vs., Apple's forums, where it is not.
