We have a react native project using Launch Screen.storyboard. Our target device is only iPhone. The Launch Screen.storyboard is showing when the app is being run on an iPhone. but when the app is running on an iPad with a phone layout the The Launch Screen.storyboard is not showing.

What did you define in info.plist for LaunchScreen ?
Should be LaunchScreen.
This is what is defined in the info.plist because the file name of storyboard has a splace on it.

Did you change the file name in Code ?
You'd better keep without a space, don't know if that could be the problem, but…
