"Hello!

I'm trying to implement in app purchases but the sandbox has been down for the last 4 days.

In the FAQ it says:

Do I have to test my In-App Purchase before submitting it for review?

Yes. You must test and approve your In-App Purchase before submitting it for review. Approval means that you have fully tested your In-App Purchase in a sandbox environment on your device and certify that it functions correctly in your app.

The URL that I use for testing the availability is: https://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/

I get: "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"

Where can I ask for support? Any advice?

Hi.

I think https://sandbox.itunes.apple.com/ has been deprecated .

Of course, you can also contact Apple Developer Support directly (calling them is probably your best bet based on my own experience though - the link includes numbers for many countries).
