As the title states - no answer to emails to support.
I am having issues with opening Apple Developer account, and I have contacted Apple multiple times. First two emails were answered within 2-3 business days, however very general and provided zero useful information. My 2 futher emails are unanswered and even unopened (I am using email tracking software) for over a week now. First was send as direct reply to the existing email, second as new support message through Apple's contact center on the website.
Anyone else having similar issues? Is it normal behaviour for Apple to promise answer within 2 business days and then ditch customer completely?
P.S. Any other suggestions to contact Apple are welcomed. I have tried to calling to local Apple support (The Netherlands), and I have been told that Apple Developer has no calling center at all, anywhere, not just in EU. They could help me with choosing iPhone or Apple Watch or whatever, but could do nothing regarding Developers support. %@#?
