With iphone it’s pretty fast and straightforward to scan qrcode even from lock screen. Just swipe lock screen to right then camera 📷 appear and then scan your qrcode and an action is performed i mean a notification appear and you can click on it.... coool BUT As a developer i want override this action and propose My app notification if a qrcode is starting with some caracter... So i dont want a qrcode scanner into my app i just want quicly natively scan a qrcode and perform an action and preventDefault action to ask To c’ick on the notification and open my app with scanned code. What you think of this worfklow and this fest request ? I think it is not possible currently or it is out of scope to me maybe? Aditionally use Shortcuts app to be able to make A Workflow which 1. when qrcode is detected 2. Make a post request !!!
Qrcode scan override action
I just realize last solutions in Shortcut app already exist it is very nice and i will go with this currently, but what you think to override what action to perform when a qrcode is scanned or Another solution to this use case is to be able to override « swipe lock screen to rigth » which currently open Camera 📷 but be able to override this action and chose to run a Certain shortcut when swip screen to right from lock screen :) What you think
