Is there any way to animate the WKGroup and any other Element of Watch OS 2 . Also is there any API for touch gesture in Watch kit ?

in watchOS you can animate the changes to many of the properties on your WKInterfaceObjecrts by modiying them within an animation block passed to the - animateWithDuration:animations: method of WKInterfaceController.
Access to raw touch events and gestures is not exposed in watchOS 2.
