App Transfer Error

I´m trying to receive an app transfer on my iTunes Connect account, but I can´t be able to do that, because the form to accept the transfer is throwing me this error:

The phone number must be in a valid format. Preface the phone number with ‘+’ followed by the country code (for example, +44 844 209 0611)

It's necessary that the telephone number you enter is based in the same country that you entered as your address for your AppleID. In this case it expects a UK telephone number - the example number, if phoned in the UK would be 0844 209 0611. Note how the initial 0 is dropped and +44 added so that the number can be reached from outside the UK.


If you feel that you're still getting the error despite doing this right, then you need to contact Apple Developer Support directly (calling them is a good option - the UK number is 0844 209 1507 - other countries in the link)

Am experiencing the same issue, called Apple Dev. Support and send them the needed info yesterday and still waiting for the solution.

I am in Saudi Arabia, i saw some other developers forums around teh world are experincing the same issue from Brazil Europe.

Hope we get this matter resolved soon.
