I am attempting to register an iPhone4s however each time I enter the UDID, provided by itunes, I receive the error message "Please enter a valid Hardware UDID"
Can anyone recommend some possible fixes for this? If not, what is the best way to go about getting support for this issue?
I should add the iPhone is updated with the latest, release of IOS. In addition the phone is no longer activated by AT&T not sure if that is the issue?
