I can't log into iTunes Connect with the Apple ID linked to my dev enrolment (as an Individual) and, as Apple seems to refuse to answer my cries for help, I thought I'd try changing the Apple ID.
I've found out how to change Team Agents when you have a, er, team but not when an Individual - can anyone help?
Each Apple ID is forever linked to the developer account when it is first opened.
What is the exact message you see when you try to login to ITC?

As already pointed out, you can't change the AppleID associated with your Apple Developer Program membership. But have you tried ringing Apple Developer Support directly? I've often found that to be the quickest way to clear up a misunderstanding or get something resolved (this link contains the numbers for various countries).

Well, that's a pain. 😟
In the Member Center everything seems to work fine 0- I've create an App ID, set up provisioning profiles and got all certs, and have been happily testing my app on my iPhone.
However, when I log into ITC it takes me to a 'Get Started with ITC' screen. No My Apps or other dev-related icons. I'm logged on with my Apple ID, but can't actually access the dev side of ITC! Tried everything - changing email, changing password, trying to enrol again, but nothing works.
I was hoping to change my Apple ID so I could 'start fresh'.

YAY! \o/ One 5 min phone call to Apple Support and the problem is fixed!
Moral of the story: don't bother emailing support, call the b*ggers!
