How to add Developer Kit AppleTV to a provisioning profile?

Hi there - I've followed the instructions found on member center but I still am having trouble adding my developer kit AppleTV to a provisioning profile -

Steps taken

1) In member center I added the device to my device list using UDID (found in XCode).

2) Went to create a provisioning profile, but, at the step where one adds a device to the profile the TV (added in step1) doesn't show up in the list.

I can clearly see the TV in the devices list but nothing seems to work to allow me to add it to a provisioning profile. I've tried deleting and re-adding the device, clearning my cache, etc. and I can't get the darn thing to show up in the list.

Has anyone been able to figure this out?!

Has your team agent accepted the updated developer program agreement? If not, that will need to be done prior to creating provisioning profiles for tvOS.

I was having the same issue. I registered the TV dev kit device and tried to add it to an existing iOS provisioning profile. The device did not show up in the when selecting devices for the profile. A contact of mine at Apple pointed out the solution - create a new provisioning profile and select "tvOS App Development" as the type. If you select iOS, the TV device does not show up in the devices list for the profile. Hope this helps.

That's correct Zim44. You need to create a tvOS profile - you can't associate a tvOS device with an iOS profile.
