Not able to buy Apple TV Developer Kit

I have the same issue, a member on here has said you need to email developer support...the turn around for that is a day....I think it will take longer.

Can I ask though, do you have an Apple Music Subscription? - I think my account is locked for country changes until it expires.

I experience the same issue, but I'm living in Sweden. I'll try calling the support in the morning.

We are having the same issue.

I have sent a screenshot to support but we only have till 16th to place order.

Pretty poor from Apple ! yet again lack of attention to detail.

I called the support. They couldn't figure out my problem but would look into it and get back to me. If I get any news, I will post it.

I have the same problem! Waht if the don't answer by tomorrow?

I'm also in Sweden and having the same issue. I got in contact with Apple Support and they said I should try again in an hour. It's a good thing there's a precedent at least. I thought I was the only one with this problem!

They fixed it. Steps I took:

1. Call support to the number you can find here: https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone.php

2. Give them your Apple ID and explain your situation, that you are seeing a form from a different country. The person who helped me found out that my city was set to New York for some reason. He fixed it and asked me to wait for 1 hour. I just waited five minutes.
3. Go to Safari and delete all the website data. (Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Remove All Website Data)
4. Go to your email account, tap on the Apple Link in the acceptance email and you will be redirected to the TOS agreement page
5. After logging in with my credentials I was redirected to the correct Store

What information was wrong? But was it the store account or the apple id?

Who did you speak to. I'm been i contact med developer support and the online store multiple times. But no one can find any solution.

I had edited my Apple ID to be in Sweden before calling support but that did not fix it. The representative wasn't clear but I believe it was my developer account. I called Sweden support and spoke with a game named "Horst".

What was the number for the Sweden support?

YES! Now I have placed the order in the correct store (Sweden).

I received an email this morning that said to login into appleid.apple.com and very my address. I did that and then placed the order throguht the link in the first email and it worked as a charm. Thank you for your support Apple.

It also isn't available in China. I just called and got this daunting piece of news. Oh well, looks like someone won't be making Apple TV Apps 😟
