Hi,

I am getting trouble with Xcode 7. I can not build my project. I am getting the error belove :

/ com.apple.actool.errors */

: error: Failed to find a suitable device for the type SimDeviceType : com.apple.dt.Xcode.IBSimDeviceType.iPad-1x with runtime SimRuntime : 9.0 (13A340) - com.apple.CoreSimulator.SimRuntime.iOS-9-0

Failure Reason: Failed to create SimDeviceSet at path /Users/isakuru/Library/Developer/Xcode/UserData/IB Support/Simulator Devices. You'll want to check the logs in ~/Library/Logs/CoreSimulator to see why creating the SimDeviceSet failed.

I have searched the internet for similar errors and appiled every solution i found but the problem has not resolved. My OSx version is Yosemite 10.10.5

Any body can help me please.

Hi,

I am getting the same issue as you. Are you also getting the general error "Could not open document" on your storyboard files? If so, then I feel you pain, this issue has been bugging me for the last few days now ever since I upgraded to Xcode 7.0.

Same issue here, still happening after the 7.0.1 upgrade. No simulators, errors on every storyboard and xib file. I've tried every suggestion found online and cannot build a single project. So glad I don't have to pay the bills with Xcode!
