could not sign in

I just updated my "ipad2" to "IOS9" And when the update finish They told me to sign in with my "apple ID" when I do It sys "could not sign in" And I'm sure that the password and the email is correct I really need your help I can't use my iPad

First confirm that you are entering your ID and password correctly by logging in at https://www.icloud.com

Then contact Apple Support to get them to check that your AppleID account is not locked or has somehow reverted.

  2. Click "Contact Support" at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click "Apple ID & Password"
  4. Click "Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons"
  5. Choose how you'd like to speak to them
