Unable to Accept New Agreement

When logged in to iTunes Connect and going to Agreements, Tax, and Banking , I'm prompted to Request New amendments. When I click Request, I'm then asked to review the new agreement, agree to the terms and Submit, but I get an error everytime I hit submit:


The following error(s) occurred:

There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If the error persists, you can follow up by using the Contact Us module.


I can't move past this. I've checked my Developer account in the member center, and I've agreed to all the agreements there. Am I missing something, I can't get this error to go away. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom

Is there and "Amendments" button at the top of the "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" page as per https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/33862 ? If the problem with the request is that the amendments are already present behind this button and waiting for you to accept them, then the "error processing your request" would make some sort of sense.


If the button mentioned isn't there, then I suggest you get in touch with the Developer Account Support team - They've resolved these sorts of issues over the phone for me in the past. Phone numbers for different countires are here:

Thanks for the reply. I ended up contacting their support and they acknowledged the issue. Although I haven't heard back from them, I logged into iTunes Connect today and the error went away.

It is almost exactly two years after this post, and I found this post through Google because I am having the IDENTICAL problem.


The problem has lasted for two days now.


I sent "Contact Us" a message, but they do not seem to be interested in responding.
