I'm coming to Apple development from other plattforms.
And I'm struggling because much of the documentation is out of date.
Important documentation like the Cocoa Drawing Guide hasn't been updated for years. And contains information that is now deprecated, by Apple.
Are there developer evangelists that we can talk to about this?

The typical path is to file bugs against the docs. Bottom right, every page here.
Other than that, devs can face/face during WWDC & Tech Tours.
If you have a specific, code-level issue and a demo project, perhaps burning a support ticket w/DTW via the Member Center would be in order.
