iOS 9 making me manually select certificate to access company intranet?

Our company uses certificates on our iOS devices to let our users access our company intranet and Oracle. Prior to iOS 9, the pages would simply render, as the device obviously auto-detected the cert. Since iOS 9, we now get a prompt for client certificate authenticationhave and have to manually select the cert on the first instance of both (intranet & Oracle). It does seem to remember them after the fact, unless the device is wiped or the cookies are cleared from Safari.

Is there a way to turn this off? Its not a huge deal, but we need to know if it can be done before we can let everyone know its okay to upgrade to iOS 9 on their devices, in order to avoid an influx of unnecessary calls and emails to our help desk.

Thanks in advance!
