We’ve added an IAP on our exclusive application for customers.
It’s in the type of a non-renewing subscription.
Basically, if the customers purchase our products, we will extend their subscription periods.
The problem is that we can’t cancel the customers’ subscriptions when they cancel their purchases. Because we don’t know who did cancel it and who did not.
Therefore, if someone purposely keeps to purchase and to cancel using different accounts, it will cause a big loss for our company.
In order to avoid this problem, I would like to know a way to check the refund records.
