Hi. I'm an Apple Developer member and need to update my Mavericks OS to Yosemite for testing but now El Capitan is out I can't find it in the MAS or the ADC resources or download section. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me the phone number for Apple Developer Support? Thanks.

I can't find it to download either - it's even been removed from the "Purchased" tab (where it was a month ago or so when I last noticed it). Oddly Mavericks is still there - but no sign of it in MAS - links to it now say that it doesn't exist anymore for my country's MAS (UK).

Yes but I believe these are incremental and combo updates from 10.10 not full installer updates from an earlier version pre 10.10...unless I am mistaken.
You're correct dsb, they are. I saw them too - they won't install Yosemite for you.
I just spent 30 mins on the phone to dev support who ultimately told me that they only deal with pre-release software and that they can't help me because Yosemite is publicly available and so I have to speak to Apple tech support. They transferred me to them and then after another 15 mins of waiting their tier 1 tech guy said he spoke to his supervisor and that Yosemite is not available and there's nothing I can do. Unbelievable.
What's the point of paying Apple Developer each year when this is the kind of crap you get. No help whatsoever. Do Apple really think that as soon as El Capitain is released everyone is gonna switch over on day one and then developers no longer have to deal with previous OS X version testing?
Sorry for the rant but I'm ****** I've wasted half my day and still no solution.
