External testing is not avialable with Xcode beta. There is no way to invite external testers.

We have made a Facebook group to connect interested external testers. Just look around here and you find it. But it is true that external testing is a problem currently.

External testers receive new build updates after Beta App Review approval.


Test your builds with anyone using the TestFlight app. Builds may need approval from Beta App Review.
