If next week is the launch, I'm guessing we wont see another beta. Beta 3 just doesnt feel like a "ready to GA" release though. They must be holding something pretty big back. We'll find out soon enough I guess.
beta 4 seems unlikely
I'm not so sure. There's no reason why Apple can't delay the launch if they are not ready, or allow orders with a later ship date.
Not enough time - the only conclusion is that either there won't be an ATV Appt Store right from start, or it will only be populated by curated apps from top tier houses...devs will have their shot later.
Or it could be that the downloads page is currently down for maintenance.
Hmm, it's back up again, nothing new on the tvOS front.

Sad to say, but I think they're playing devs on this one, just like (more than once) in the past 😉
It's been up and down repeatedly since late last night. I'm guessing we'll see a GM land in the next couple days, perhaps around the time that they actually formally announce the preorder details and shipping date.
Complete with b3 release notes....hmm... They must have caved to the schedule, delayed b4, changed a flag (or 2) on b3 and recycled it for immediate (re)consumpution.
All of which would explain why devs were allowed to upload apps with a pre-release tvOS IDE...
