I can't generate promocodes

Hi,

Yesterday Apple approve my new app for iOS and tvOS, but today I try to generate one promocode for the app and I can't. When I try generate promocodes iTunesConnect say me:

Unable to Process Request

Your request could not be processed. For additional help, send an email to itunesconnect@apple.com.

What is the problem?

I have the solution.

You need set Mac language in English. Normally I have Mac language in Spanish, but yesterday I change the language to English (System Preferences > Language) and now with Safari I can generate promocodes.

I have the exact same problem Rubén 😟.. I've sent 2 requests to apple already as this was happening in both Safari and Firefox.

I get it whenever I try to go to my app from MyApps
