Is Top Rating and Top Grossing off relative to the sales in iTunes Connect?
Our app "ABC Bus Learning" moves up higher in Top Rating / Grossing when the numbers are less and move lower when the numbers are higher?

I'm really worried about iTunesConnect. The error bar now says sales numbers for the past two days are unavailable, at least for my app. (and still says reports from Oct 28 - Nov 2 contain invalid data and will be re-issued in the future). I called up developer support, and while they were super-friendly, all the rep could say was that they were looking into the issue, it is widespread, and they'll "send out a newsletter" when it's resolved to explain what happened.
If they don't have sales numbers accurate enough to provide to developers, I'm not sure what they're basing the Top Grossing stats on, but your question is troubling.
AppFigures reckon it's due to the Universal-ness of the tvOS apps, in that they've messed up with 'redownloads' from customers who've previously downloaded an app on iOS (that's now universal across iOS and tvOS).
Apple themselves put out an update saying 5/6th November were now delayed (and that the 5th was innaccurate).
