Problems with third party calendar app

Hello!



SOME users cannot open my third party calendar app on iOS 9.1 (3 Users with iPhone 6S and 1 with iPhone 6). The calendar has access to Apple calendar API, but cannot create new own calendar there and then chashes (turns off).



What Can i do to fix this issue?

Fix the bug that's causing the crash?


Sorry I can't be more specific but you haven't provided any information at all. Getting hold of the crash log from those users and taking a look at it in Xcode would be a good start.
