Here is the problem we had. We want to ask our apps developer to upload the app into apple store since they don't want to give us the source code of the app. We know that we need to provide the agreement between us and the content supplier to proof that the content is legal. However, we don't want to give this kind of document to the apps provider. Any suggestion from you that we can send you the agreement between us and the content provider and without giving the information to the app developer?

I would start looking for a new developer.
This sounds like a terribly one-sided relationship. Did you contract to receive the source code in the first place?
