I don't have credit card currently so I'm thinking to use one of my friend's credit card. Could anyone please let me know what happens if I use someone's credit card instead of mine. Will my country driver license will be enough to provide for identification?
Can I use someone else's credit card to purchase apple developer program? What type of document Apple might ask for that?

The name on the card does have to match the name of the person making the purchase and the name of the account. Do you have a current account with a bank? If so, then you should be able to apply for a debit card if you haven't already got one. Most debit cards are Visa or Mastercard and either of these are okay to use.
