HTTP Error 400. The request verb is invalid. How can this be repaired? I thought it was only Safari, but Chrome and Mozilla give the same error.

So, I keep getting the "HTTP Error 400. The request verb is invalid" when navigating to sites.

I tried removing cookies and still the problem persists. Any ideas?
