How to bundle a java application in OS X 10.11

I am currently running OS X El Capitan (10.11.1) and I got a .jar file. I wants to bundle it into an OS X .app file so it can appear in my launchpad. A lot of people talked about JarBundler. But I think it got removed in somewhere around 10.9. So is it still possible to bundle a Java JAR file into OS X APP file. Thanks.

I believe the javapackager tool included in the Oracle JDK is what you want:
