storyboard not showing static cells in xcode

Hi,


I have the most weird problem i have faced. i have create a uitableview with 14 static cells for some reason in xcode 7 when i scroll the tableview in the cell 11 only show the half of the cell and im not able to select the cells 12. is difficult to explain i let some image to see if anybody has face the same problem.

Is the tableview's frame valid?

I've had that happen when I had the frame too big and the tableview extended off the screen.
