Or do I need to write my own, again. didn't you update the simd with swift 2.0?


B = cumsum([1,2,3;4,5,6])

B=[1,2,3;5,7,9]

B = cumsum([1,2,3;4,5,6],1)

B=[1,2,3;5,7,9]
