Line 26: xmlParseEntityRef: no name (Launch Screen.Storyboard)

I am trying to create a launch image. So I added a new file for Storyboard. When I try to open it it says this error code, and does not open. Nothing else. I can't find anything online about line 26 every causing a problem.

Line 26: xmlParseEntityRef: no name

When I use an editor to check line 26, this is the line.
