I have a MFi development license. Currently in my project I need the layout guideline and footprint of Mfi corporcessor C, however I could not find it in my mfi technical documents. I can only find some schematics information in "Accessory Interface Specification R19". So far I contacted Avent and Apple rep, both can not provide me relevent documents or tell me where to find them. I will be very grateful if you can advice me. Thanks, Boh
Sorry, only MFI licensees have access to that information and those who participate in these
forums are under NDA to discuss it. You will have to reach the proper MFI resources within
Apple.
Thanks for your reply. My Mfi apple rep does not reply my questions and MFi vendor does not provide any helpful answer either. Do you know if the one year Apple Developer Program Support can help with MFi related questions?
What do you mean 'MFi vendor'? You said you're in the program...that makes you the vendor. As RLKS noted, those docs are licensed. If you're in a program, you should already have access and no need to ask for them here.
As well, I wouldn't be surprised if DTS told you the same thing.
