Trying to open Bluetooth Explorer 4.4.0 on Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F1509). First couple of time it opens with the warning "cannot be opened because of a problem" asking if it is the latest version etc. (which it is as far as I can see) and there after nothing happens on Command O - any suggestions?

Are you asking about Apples's BtE that is part of the Xcode toolset or the one from a 3rd party?
Sounds to me like perhaps it's corrupted, either way, tho.
I believe Apple's version is latest at: 4.3.0F10
