raywenderlich.com has some good Swift SpriteKit tutorials including one showing how to build a CandyCrush clone called CookieCrunch. Another good set of tutorials can be found at hackingwithswift.com. It's not just SpriteKit, but shows quite a bit of stuff to help you understand writing programs in Swift.
