Subject line says it all. I have a 2006 MacPro that runs Lion. This is my first Mac in many years and would like to give a try at making iPhone apps. Wondering if this is possible with Xcode 4.6.3 as this is the latest I can run on my OS. Lion 10.7.5 is the latest OS I can get too.
can xcode 4.6.3 create apps for the new iphone
No.
The minimum Xcode allowed for submittal to the store at this time is 5.1.1. That version will not support the latest iPhone, however - in that example you should use Xcode 7.2.
