Hi i am a beginner and when I Build my app in the IOS simulator my images and words get cut off and when i switch the simulator to iPad i either get black space(when i run it on my iPad) or white space when i run it on my simulator when i add my constraints it stretches it and i get multiple warnings, any suggestions?

Your issue(s) may not have a simple solution, so I'm hesitant to suggest anything specific.
Black screen can mean you haven't hooked up a view...if you know what that involves. Images and words that are cut off indicate lack of specific device layout support. Helping you resolve those involves too much detail to cover here, but can be helped if you augment your skills first. Look to the dev center for samples, guides and documentation that will elevate your basic knowledge first, then come here with specific questions on specific issues as you move forward.
