I created a pop up div, that has a scrollable area in it. When I open the pop-up sometimes the scroll bar shows when scrolling, and other times, the scroll bar doesnt show once ive oponed a closed it.
When the scroll bar isnt showing, the area is still scrollable, just you cant see the scroll bar.
Ive used all types of different overflow options, but nothing seems to help.
The reason why I cant force the scroll bar is because sometimes the content area with the words doesnt need a scroll bar because its not needed and in other places the pop-up has more content thus needs a scrollable area.
