PURGE command don't work.

Hi, i appologize if this is not the right forum to ask this:


I just instale Xcode and try to apply the command "purge" on the terminal. This is what happen:


MacBook-Pro-de-Alma-Rocio-Martinez-Molinar:~ almarocio22$ purge

Unable to purge disk buffers: Operation not permitted


I don't know what to do.

Did you also try: $ sudo purge
