Apple Watch is now stuck in a perpetual Apple logo, hard reset does nothing. Any ideas?

Ok, right when I posted that reply, it finished. I guess it just seemed to take a long time.
yeah, same thing happened with mine, took over 3 hours to install :-( and one hard reboot. I kept it on charge also.
