I want to know how to create apps via Xcode. I really have a lot of ideas but don't know where to start. The thing is I am a beginer and I am welling to work hard to reach my dreams and design a phenomenon applications.

Start with a very simple idea and goal then build from there, don't try to build a Facebook clone as your first app.
I agree. When I started out with writing my first programs they were simple, single purpose utility type solutions to automate some task I was responsible for in the office. 😉
The first step is to know what kind of Apps you would like to develop. App categories are so inmense, that it will take you a decade to Master them all. You can choose to be a generalist but I wouldn't recommend it. The more you cover, the less expert you become. So after you decide which category (example Games). Then you can dive into learning code and follow the videos / links that were posted.
** Don't get too deep into coding, just learn it enough to make it functional. Concentrate on expresing your ideas through UX design.. it's what sales!.
