I added Internal App Indexing (NSUserActivity and CSSearchableItem) in my iOS app two mounth ago. Now I want to add External App Indexing and for that I need to add a Web Markup to my website (it has the same content with the app).
In the instruction on developer.apple.com I read about applebot.
I've check my serverlogs for UserAgents that contain "applebot". I discovered that after 20 and 21 of January number of applebot request drops dramatically(from 70k to 2k per day). I do not have logs more deep, than 1 mounth ago, so I don't know, is it normal for applebot.
Here is the graph, it starts at 20 of January.
For example, googlebot index about 700k pages per day.
Now my webpages do not have any iOS Web Markup. If I add it, how long will it take for applebot to reindex them? It will take years with 2k pages per day.
Is there any way to tell applebot to reindex whole my website?
