Safari Certificate Expired, New Certs don't work

I'm unable to package my extension. It says "No Safari Extensions Certificate"

I downloaded the new intermediate certificate that apple sent a few weeks ago. I generate a new CSR and request a new cert from apple, but all the certs say in keychain: "This certificate has an invalid issuer".

Anyone else having issues?

Scan the forums here - others are getting the same msg. all of a sudden, so it may be an issue with the backend, out of your control.

I am having the exact same problem.

First, you need to open Keychain Access, then go to menu bar and select View/Show Expired Certificates. Then remove the old Apple WWDR from the login and System keychains. This should fix the issue. If you are still having issues, and not running the latest OSX, just upgrade to OSX 10.11.3 and Xcode 7.2.1.

I think I'm on the right track with deleting the old certificate from Keychain Access. However, once I do that and I open the Extension Builder in Safari, the expired certificate re-appears in Keychan Access, and Extension Builder says "No Safari Extensions Certificate".

I'm using Safari 9.0.3 on OS X 10.11.3.

I am having the same problem and opened a separate discussion for this issue. https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/114499#114499

Are you running 10.11.4?
