Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.
How do I get out of this black hole?
I was able to accept using Firefox instead of Safari (though it might have been a cache issue).
Update the pwd for the apple ID you use via https://appleid.apple.com, then visit the member center to check for pending agreements, etc.

I am able to sign in using my personal account, but not my account for app development. For some reason, it is no longer sending the codes to my phone, just my laptop, but every time I enter the code they have sent, it says it's wrong. Incredibly frustrating. I need to get my build out ASAP, and for the second day, it is once again timed out due to too many attempts.
