We are build an RSS feed on our website but when opening the URL through Safari and chose to open using News app, the app will try to load it but then said "Couldn't add feed" - no further information.
We tested on Podcast app and worked, Feedly app also worked. Worked fine on Andorid devices and on Outlook in windows.
We follow apple guidline from the following page
We have also validated the RSS feed using the online RSS validator.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you're are trying to submit a channel to News, you can sign up to distribute content on News, at the following link:
https://www.icloud.com/newspublisher/
After signing up, you can access News Publisher on iCloud to add your publisher and channel information, add RSS feeds to your channel or sign up to use Apple News Format, create and manage Sections, and submit your channel to us for review. After your channel completes review, you can edit your publisher and channel information. You’ll receive an email notification each time the status of your submission changes.
