Could Xsan server mount the SAS domain device? Or it only can use Fibre Channel Domain.

You are, alas, in the wrong place. This topic area is about network programming on Apple platforms, which makes it unlikely you’ll find anyone with deep Xsan experience here. I recommend that you repost over in the Apple Support Communities, run by AppleCare. There’s even a dedicated topic area for Xsan.
