At the risk of sounding an amateur, i am unsure of how to link my itunes connect to my bank account as my developers also have access to that area. I am wondering when the app is launched how do i ensure all the proceeds go my way.

Is this an Individual Account/person or Individual Account/company?
If they have 'financial' access to iTunes Connect, it becomes a trust issue, outside of the store, typically covered by a binding contract.
