Installing Valgrind on Mac OS X 10.7.5

Hello!


I am trying to install Valgrind (I am a newbie) on Mac OS X 10.7.5. I have googled and have found a few sourses, but I am not sure

which ones to trust because I don't understand commands they propose to use. I understand that I need autotools installed.

I have tried to run a command sudo port install automake but it didn't work. I assume these tools should be in Xcode, then why

./autogen.sh doesn't work?
