Hi, I would like to ask if it's even possible to do refund for in-app payments made by our users? In example Google allows developers to do refunds for any transaction. Can we do it somehow via iTunes Connect?

I have had a number of users request a refund for various reasons. Even if they provide a Transaction ID I am unable to find a way to match this on Apples system and provide a refund.
It would be helpful to find out how to match transaction IDs to start with.
Do not respond to individuals over refunds directly - this can usually be some sort of attempt at fraud. Politely refer them to Apple, instead, in all cases.
